I've bought here a few times. This is one of the better baby stores in terms of selection. They ship fast and the website is easy to get around.

I picked up my whole bumgenius stash at the tender cargo stockroom and the owner, Cristine, was so sweet! We visited a long time and she showed me all about the diapers, it was wonderful!

So happy! Tender Cargo had everything in stock, I didn't have to pick second or third choice at all. It was just perfect from the start, my order shipped free for being over 100, and it was at my door just 2 days later! I loved that I could chat live with a real person - even though it was pretty late after my baby was alseep for the night.

I was 100% pleased with my diaper shopping experience. The owner helped educate me about my choices and diaper care with a long and friendly phone call. I reached a live person at their 800 number imediately. Anyway, I used them for a Christmas gift registry too and that worked really well.

I've ordered from Tender Cargo twice and they are top notch! I got my email ship notification the very same day and fedex delivery 2 days later, and everything was exactly right about my order. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Shipping was very slow. Took a week for them to ship and then another week for the items to arrive. I've ordered from many sites and this was by far the slowest.

Order only items you have seen in person! And double check your order when you receieve it. My order was MISSING ITEM and no aknowledgment from Tender Cargo as to the situation. I had to call and request refund or ship missing item. Then I was informed they were OUT OF STOCK. Hope I see that refund....
