I ordered a custom wetbag that took a while to receive. I understood that this was a custom order and was not bothered by the wait. When the product arrived, however, it was put together with handles that did not match the print on the outside of the bag. When I tried to contact the company to see if I could return the bag, I did not receive a response. I have emailed the company (using the email address on their site) three times regarding the issue, and have yet to receive a reply.
