Horrible! Still waiting for either my orders to ship or to be refunded my money. "heather" doesn't respond to my emails, but has no problem taking my money.

I ordered 2 pairs of Rainbow Waters longies on February 14th. They did not ship until Feb 25th. During that time I sent two emails and posted on the company's facebook wall asking about the status of my order. I never received a response to any of those.

When the longies arrived, both pairs were defective with sewing flaws and holes. I contacted the company again and received an almost immediate response telling me that since the longies were made by a wahm, "variations" are normal. Since when are defects considered "variations"?

I requested the the company pay for the return shipping and received no reply.

I also received NO APOLOGY or when I mentioned the slow shipping and lack of communication and my disappointment with the entire transaction.

I posted pictured of the longies' defects to the company's facebook wall. The wahm has offered to replace both of them and give me a discount. She has gone above and beyond.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Banana Peels.

I understand that most diaper companies have families and lives outside their stores. But, would it have been that difficult to reply to one of my emails stating that there would be a delay in shipping? Or even post something on the company's website stating there would be shipping delays? No communication is simply not acceptable.

I strongly recommend against shopping with this company. I know I never will again, and I will be leaving negative feedback everywhere I possibly can.

I'm still waiting for items that were paid for more than 30 days ago. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company and have not received a reply.

Love this cloth diaper site! Customer service is the best, selection is great, shipping is super fast. I'm clear across the country but still get my orders within 2-3 days of placing them. Her prices are some of the lowest I've found. I had to convert my daughter to wool covers so her bottom could get max airflow. Heather's prices allowed me to be able to do it without taking a huge hit to the wallet. When I wanted something she was out of stock on her website she found it for me. Love love love bananapeeldiapers!!!

Great customer service! Heather is available to answer all questions from sizing and fit, to what works well for each stage. She ships promptly, and offers a fantastic selection of products. I have ordered the majority of my stash from her, and I have been pleased with the products and customer service.

my package was supposed to ship out in 24hrs it was not because of a promotion which i understand but the only reason I found out is 2 days later i wrote her and she told me it was stated on the website well there it was finally days later on the website! well she said my diapers would ship out that day and they did not ship out until the next night... she also did not reply to two of my emails. There was never a tracking number or "your diapers have a problem or your diapers have shipped" email just 1 automated email and that was it until i emailed her confused as to why on the website it wasnt saying shipped.... terrible service not worth the discount at all.
