Excellent customer service, great prices. Purchases come in beautiful packaging, including a hand written note. Wouldn't shop anywhere else, even if I did happen to find a cheaper price.

My favorite site by FAR! Um free shipping to Canada (even if it's under 3lbs)? Canadian sites don't even offer that! Great service, prices, selections and discounts! Love them !

I love this store and their online selection. The service is fast, the selection is amazing and the shipping is free (and wrapped!). I have ordered several times from SBB and the one time the item I ordered was out of stock, Beth contacted me to apologize and as an apology she included three free CJ's BUTTer cream samples! They also have an amazing newborn cloth diapering package and I am not even ashamed to say that I am excited to have Baby #2 so that I can use this service! This is a great store and I am happy that even if we move away from the physical store, I will always be able to shop online with them!

Hard to find free shipping to or even within Canada for any order. Select orders to Canada are shipped free - and they have a great selection, rewards program and my order shipped the same day I made it. So far, so great, with this company.
